Tyler joined Compensia in 2008 and has more than 15 years of experience advising management teams and Compensation Committees of technology and life sciences companies. His practice serves companies ranging from mid-stage private companies to mature publicly traded companies. He partners with clients to understand their unique challenges and specific constraints to support effective governance and decision-making regarding executive, Board and equity compensation design.

Tyler received a BS in Management (Finance and Economics concentrations), from Boston College.
