Tom is a founder of Compensia and has roughly 30 years of experience as a consultant and attorney in the area of executive compensation. Tom advises board compensation committees and senior management of technology companies on the design, disclosure and governance of their executive, Board and equity compensation arrangements. His clients range from pre-IPO to large, publicly traded technology companies. Tom also serves as the Chair of our Executive Committee.

Prior to co-founding Compensia, Tom was Vice President, Corporate Affairs of Aurora Networks and Vice President, Business Development and General Counsel of Quovera, Inc. Tom joined Quovera from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Tom received a BA in Economics, with Honors, from the University of California at Santa Barbara, a JD, summa cum laude, from the Santa Clara University School of Law and an MBA from the Leavy School of Business, Santa Clara University.
