Tim has built his career at Compensia providing executive compensation advice and services to a wide spectrum of technology companies, ranging from pre-IPO/privately held firms to large publicly traded corporations. Tim specializes in quantitative modeling, equity accounting & disclosure, and Board of Directors compensation.

Tim joined Compensia in 2017 after receiving his B.A. in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
