Shayda joined Compensia in 2011 and has more than 15 years of experience in consulting and finance. Shayda works intimately with management teams of technology companies (spanning from pre-IPO companies to mature publicly traded companies). She specializes in executive compensation and strategic long-term aggregate equity utilization modeling.

Prior to joining Compensia, Shayda spent several years in the investment industry on the portfolio management and investment due diligence team.

Shayda received a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
