Sam, based in the greater Denver area, joined Compensia in 2020 and has more than 8 years of experience in executive compensation. Sam specializes in Compensation Committee and management support on a broad array of topics such as executive compensation, board compensation, equity compensation, and short- and long-term incentive design. He serves a wide range of technology and life science clients, from pre-IPO companies to mature publicly traded companies.
Prior to joining Compensia, Sam worked as an executive compensation consultant at Korn Ferry and as a compensation analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Sam received an M.S. studying Industrial/Organizational Psychology at The University of Texas at Arlington and a B.S. studying Psychology and Business at Whittier College.
