Rose joined Compensia in 2016 and has more than 10 years of experiences in the compensation field. Rose specializes in compensation matters for technology and life science companies including executive compensation, Board of Director’s compensation, and short- and long-term incentive plan design. She serves a wide range of clients, from pre-IPO to mature publicly traded companies.

Prior to joining Compensia, Rose was a Compensation Business Partner at Praxair.

Rose received a BS in Business and Economics from Lehigh University.
