Rick has more than 20 years of experience advising innovative companies on compensation matters. His consulting experience ranges from large public corporations to small private / pre-IPO businesses. He advises Compensation Committees and senior management on all aspects of executive, board, and equity compensation, including compensation philosophy and strategy, competitive benchmarking, short- and long-term incentive plan design, IPO planning, transaction support, and board of director compensation.
Prior to joining Compensia, Rick was a Partner at Aon/Radford where he led the technology industry vertical for the executive compensation practice.
Rick received a BS with Honors in Economics, Statistics, and Mathematics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
