Rachel joined Compensia in 2019 and has more than 15 years of experience advising management teams and Compensation Committees of technology and life sciences companies. Rachel specializes in executive, short- and long-term incentive, Board of Directors’ and international compensation matters. She serves a wide range of clients, from pre-IPO companies to mature publicly-traded companies.

Prior to joining Compensia, Rachel was a Director with Aon and a Consultant with Pearl Meyer & Partners.

Rachel received a BS in Business Administration, from Babson College.
