Nina advises Boards from early-stage pre-IPO to mature publicly-traded companies across a range of industries, primarily focusing on VC and PE-backed companies and IPO compensation programs. Nina works with senior executives and Boards to assist them in preparing for Annual, Board and Committee meetings across a range of standard and non-standard circumstances while ensuring alignment with shareholder advisory groups. She enjoys acting as a thought partner and working collaboratively to create strategic solutions for her clients.

Nina graduated in 2013 with a BA in Finance (Honours) from the University of British Columbia and studied International Business at Manchester Business School. She has since spent her career in consulting, joining Compensia in 2022 and previously working at WTW and Korn Ferry.
