Michelle, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, brings over 12 years of experience in professional services and deep expertise in executive and board compensation strategy. Since joining Compensia in 2017, she has advised a broad range of pre-IPO and public technology companies on both recurring and event-driven compensation matters. Her areas of focus include executive and director pay programs, broad-based equity strategy, and the design of short- and long-term incentive plans—all with an eye toward evolving market trends and shareholder expectations.

Michelle specializes in supporting late-stage, high-growth companies as they scale and seek to evolve their compensation programs. She works closely with clients to develop programs that align with both market practices and company philosophy while leveraging her project management experience to keep all stakeholders engaged and informed throughout the process.

Prior to joining Compensia, Michelle was a Business Risk Senior Consultant at Deloitte in Northern Virginia, where she led finance transformation efforts for life sciences clients. She holds a B.S. in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland, College Park.
