Michael joined Compensia in 2021 and serves technology and life sciences companies across stages, from early-stage private, to late-stage pre-IPO and IPO prep, to recent and mature public companies. He brings over a decade of professional experience and advises management teams and Compensation Committees on executive, Board and equity compensation matters. He has extensive experience in compensation design, as well as helping companies transition from private to public markets and navigating complex compensation and governance issues.
Prior to Compensia, Michael was a Vice President on the executive compensation team at Goldman Sachs and an executive compensation consultant at Semler Brossy.
Michael received his BA in Politics from New York University.
