Megan joined Compensia in 2021 and has 9 years of experience in executive compensation consulting, as well as 2 years of in-house global compensation management experience. She has consulted for a wide variety of industries (including high tech, biotech, health care services, and higher education) and business phases, from early-stage start-ups to mature public companies.
Prior to joining Compensia, Megan was a Compensation Consultant with SullivanCotter.
Megan has a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from University of Central Florida.
