Lori has more than 25 years of experience advising Compensation Committees and senior leadership teams on a broad range of compensation related matters including executive and Board of Directors compensation, short- and long-term incentive plan design and regulatory and governance topics. She currently serves as the compensation committee advisor to companies ranging from pre-IPO to S&P 500 companies primarily in the technology and life science industries.

Prior to joining Compensia in 2005, Lori was a Senior Consultant at Mellon HR&IS/iQuantic and began her career as a Consultant with Arthur Andersen.

Lori received a B.S. in Accounting, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
