Katherine joined Compensia in 2022 and has eight years of experience in the compensation field, primarily serving technology companies ranging from pre-IPO to mature publicly traded companies. Katherine’s expertise includes executive compensation, incentive plan design, Board of Director compensation, and broad-based equity strategy.
Prior to joining Compensia, Katherine worked in equity valuation consulting at Aon, specializing in ASC Topic 718 relative TSR valuations. Katherine received a B.S. in Quantitative Sciences from Emory University in 2018.
