Jodie has 24 years of experience advising management teams and Compensation Committees on various executive, Board of Director, equity and incentive compensation matters. She serves a wide range of clients from pre-IPO/privately-held companies to mature publicly-traded companies, primarily in the technology, technology-enabled services and life sciences industry sectors. Prior to joining Compensia in 2004, Jodie was a consultant with Arthur Andersen and iQuantic/Buck Consultants.
Jodie received a B.S. in Accounting, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
