Hannah joined Compensia in 2022 and brings nearly two decades of corporate governance experience, advising clients on the diverse disclosure, investor and expanding human capital considerations critical in compensation decision-making.

Before joining Compensia, Hannah founded and led Georgeson’s Environmental, Social and Governance practice where she partnered with clients to develop ESG strategies and shareholder engagement programs. Prior to Geogeson, Hannah was Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of XL Group Ltd (now AXA XL) and began her career as an Associate with Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan (now Eversheds Sutherland).
