Greg has more than 20 years of experience as an executive compensation consultant supporting public and pre-IPO companies. He works with technology and life sciences companies, providing independent perspective on executive, employee, and director compensation decision-making, pay-for-performance strategies and incentive plan design, proxy disclosure and shareholder communications, and Compensation Committee process and governance.

Prior to Compensia, Greg was an executive compensation consultant with Pearl Meyer & Partners and McLagan (an Aon Hewitt Company).

Greg received an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Economics from Colgate University.
