Greg joined Compensia in 2012 and began his career as a compensation consultant in 2001. He focuses on advising pre-IPO and public technology and life sciences companies, supporting effective compensation decision-making by providing market context, considerations that address company-specific objectives, and input on potential external perspectives. Greg has expertise on technical and regulatory matters relating to executive pay, including proxy disclosure, equity award valuation, equity plan amendments, and Say-on-Pay.
Prior to Compensia, Greg was an executive compensation consultant with Pearl Meyer & Partners and McLagan (an Aon Hewitt Company), and a member of the executive compensation group at Morgan Stanley.
Greg received an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Economics from Colgate University.
