Erik has more than 20 years of experience advising technology and life science companies on compensation matters. His practice focuses on advising Compensation Committees and senior management on executive compensation, short- and long-term incentive plan design, and Board of Directors’ compensation. He currently serves as the compensation committee advisor to companies ranging from pre-IPO to S&P 500 companies.

Prior to joining Compensia, Erik was a consultant with Pearl Meyer & Partners and DolmatConnell & Partners.

Erik received a BA in Economics, cum laude, from Boston University.
