Dominik has over 10 years of compensation experience, both as a consultant and an in-house manager. His expertise includes executive compensation, short- and long-term incentive plan design, broad-based equity strategy, and Board of Directors’ compensation matters.
He initially joined Compensia in 2014, later serving as Senior Manager of Compensation at Handshake, before returning to Compensia.
Dominik holds a BS in Accounting from Utah State University.
