Amanda has consulted on executive, director, and employee compensation strategies for 15 years. She serves as an advisor to Compensation Committees and senior leadership on a broad range of matters, including total pay philosophy definition, compensation assessments, short- and long-term incentive plan design, pay-for-performance alignment, various regulatory topics and development of broad-based pay systems. With specialized expertise in technology, life sciences, and the foundation/not-for-profit sector, her clients range from pre-IPO to Fortune 100 companies.
Prior to joining Compensia, Amanda was a Senior Consultant with Buck Consultants/Mellon Financial Corporation. She began her compensation consulting career at iQuantic, Inc. She is a frequent speaker on compensation topics, most recently for such organizations as the Silicon Valley Women in Human Resources and the Hawaii Employers’ Council.
Amanda earned dual BAs from the University of California, Berkeley.
