She serves as an advisor to Compensation Committees and senior leadership on a broad range of matters, including total pay philosophy definition, compensation assessments, short- and long-term incentive plan design, pay-for-performance alignment, Board compensation, and various regulatory and governance topics. With specialized expertise in the technology sector, her clients range from pre-IPO to Fortune 100 companies.
Prior to joining Compensia, Amanda was a Senior Consultant with Buck Consultants/Mellon Financial Corporation. She began her compensation consulting career at iQuantic, Inc. She is a frequent speaker on compensation topics and trends.
