Alex joined Compensia in 2013 and has over 19 years of experience in executive compensation and corporate governance matters. Alex advises Compensation Committees and management teams at clients ranging from pre-IPO/privately held companies to large publicly traded corporations. His experience includes all matters of executive and Board of Director compensation, short- and long-term incentive plan design, equity usage strategies, and policy applications of major proxy advisory firms Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Glass Lewis.

Prior to joining Compensia, Alex spent over eight years at Glass Lewis, most recently as Director of U.S. Proxy Research.

Alex received a BSC degree, cum laude, in Finance from Santa Clara University, and an MBA from the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University.
