Alan joined Compensia in 2021 and has more than 17 years of experience advising management teams and Compensation Committees of technology and life sciences companies. Alan develops executive programs, including short- and long-term incentive design, and equity use planning. Alan’s experience spans both private and public companies; he has helped many organizations transition their compensation programs from the private to public market. Alan has an analytical background, extensive project management experience, and exposure to a diversity of issues at the senior management and board level.
Prior to joining Compensia, Alan was a Director with Aon and a Consultant with Towers Watson. Prior to compensation consulting, Alan worked in the high technology industry last serving as an Operations Manager.
Alan earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Rhode Island College and a Master of Business Administration from Bentley University.
