Our business is highly specialized—we provide insightful, objective and independent advice on all executive incentive and equity compensation matters; we don’t “dabble” for other areas of HR consulting and our findings are not biased by potentially conflicting opportunities, such as benefits or insurance sales.
We have deep roots in Silicon Valley and understand the business and people challenges facing technology companies. In addition, our strong legal background provides a unique complement to our compensation consulting expertise.
Our consulting solutions are fact-based, relying on a combination of compensation data/surveys and our Thoughtful Pay issue-oriented surveys. However, we recognize that historical data is merely a guide and not “the answer,” the competitive landscape is a moving target and that special circumstances may call for non-standard solutions.
The current business environment is rapidly changing and evolving and requires quick yet thoughtful decisions. Our Principals take ownership of each and every client engagement and remain intimately involved in the relationship to ensure this sense of urgency is realized.
